Central Coast First Aid Training is based in Erina and operated by two registered Paramedics, with a combined 48 years experience in the emergency services sector.

We run nationally recognised first aid courses, as well as custom designed courses such as Little Lives  and Kids Can Save Lives — a course designed for primary school aged children.

We have a passion for first aid and love sharing our knowledge and experiences with others. It is our aim to increase the number of confident first aiders on the Central Coast, with an emphasis on CPR training.

Every participant is educated by a qualified trainer with real life experiences in the emergency services sector. Participants are guaranteed that they will receive practical, informative and realistic training delivered in a fun environment.

Co-Founders Cindy and Natasha are Paramedics and have each worked in emergency services for over 23 years. They both hold a Diploma in Paramedical Science, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
