Central Coast First Aid Training is conducting an information session on what you need to know about first aid.

The session will cover:

• CPR  – Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• How to use a defibrillator
• How to manage:
  • An unconscious person
  • Heart attack
  • Stroke
  • Seizures
  • Anaphylaxis
  • Asthma
  • Burns
  • Wounds
  • Bites and Stings
  • Sprains and bruising
  • Shock
